THE WAY WE FEEL ABOUT ACRO: Acro is a microcosmos for life: We can learn so much about ourselves from our practice. Our goal in teaching acro is to help each person be the best version of himself, enjoying the journey as we enjoy the success. We are always amazed to see things that just a moment ago seemed almost impossible start to work and succeed – helping the participants trust their abilities and communication. If we remember to take these lessons back into our daily life, we will believe more in ourselves, achieve more of what’s important to us, and just be happier 🙂

We can’t imagine this retreat without massage workshops and amazing yoga classes in the morning with Alfonso. He, like no one else, takes care for our bodies by sharing secrets of Thai massage! You can also book private session with him which we highly recommend 🙂

Alfonso Cazenave
Since he first started with Swedish massage in 2007, Alfonso Cazenave has taken innumerable courses in both Western and Eastern forms of bodywork. In 2013 he discovered Thai massage and immediately fell in love with it. Ever since, he has studied with world-class teachers like Pichest Boonthumme (Thailand), Takis Oikonomou (Greece), David Lutt (France) and Till Heeg (Germany), among many others. In 2014 he left his job as a language teacher to fully devote himself to bodywork. In 2016 he began assisting his teachers at the prestigious schools Sunshine Network (Thailand), Sunshine House (Greece / Germany) and Lulyani (France) and conducting his own courses in various European countries.
When he is not studying or teaching abroad, he lives and works in Warsaw (Poland). He calls his style “contemporary Thai massage”: a unique blend of static-dynamic Thai massage, Osteothai®, Wuo Tai® and craniosacral therapy. He believes that bodywork can be pleasant and effective at the same time. Quality of touch is his trademark.
Alfonso has been a teacher in several different subjects (first music, then languages, now bodywork and yoga) for over 20 years. As a teacher he is passionate and committed, honest, generous, precise, charismatic, approachable and fun. He enjoys sharing mindful touch.

More teachers will be announced soon!!!!
