Paul gives workshops in a wide range of acrobatic figures in L basing as well in S basing. With his inspiring way of teaching it will be challenging for all participants. By using the right techniques you will learn to do the tricks with ease and using of less energy and power. Paul loves to stimulate the participants with his infinite energy and enthusiasm so that you can push your limits with confidence. In Paul’s work balance and the right body tension are important themes rather than pure strength.
For the more difficult tricks he will often work with the group on
pre-exercises to learn the basics of movements and positions first
before you do the real thing. And most importantly you are going to have a lot of fun in his workshop.
PROGRAMME: A combination of hand to hand variations, several kind of acrobatic sequences, and icarian games. The programme will be adapted to the level of the participants and there will be a build-up over the week end.
PREREQUISITE: Free shoulderstand on feet and standing on shoulders (2 persons high)
