Through a combination of dynamic elements – such as jumps, walk overs, pops, whips & hand balances – and the interplay of flows and varying rhythms – we’ll set the stage for an incredible experience of acro explorations.
In this weekend of workshops we are going to offer you a wide range of tools put together in sequences that thrill and challenge! All offered in a progressive, playful and safe manner.
We aim to offer everyone variations to suit their level of ability and needs within their groups. Please make sure to fulfil the pre reqs below.
