Each day we will explore handstands and creative inversions, before heading into progressive flying transitions and skill building, leading towards a pinnacle skill such as hand2hand. Both days will end with therapeutics and experience sharing to integrate body, mind and emotions after training.

? Level? All levels welcome. Ideally you will be comfortable basing OR flying star and reverse star. If in doubt, get in touch, or join one of the classes with Thomas and Salva on 15th April or 13th May.
