All levels and intermediate. Ideal for those who like flows in L-basing and want to progress or start with standing tricks. There will be moment of playing all together and times to specialized in your own level to get progressions and new tricks.
No pre requisites requirired
SUNDAY is intermediate-advanced practitioners and with experience in standing acro. We will work on progressions to get to do hand to hand in standing.
>> If you have never done a hand to hand in standing, but you have the prerequisites it is an ideal workshop to get started.
>> If you have already tried but want to keep improving, you will surely find tricks that can help you.
>> However, if you already have a regular practice with foot to hand and hand to hand we will work to go to the next level with refinements, tempos, entries and exist, etc…
