During 4 days, we will dive in to open possibilities to cultivate sensitivity and connection, learn healing arts including Thai Massage, therapeutic flying, and Asana sequences that connect you with the awareness necessary to give and receive loving touch. In a safe and supportive environment. This immersion also teaches invaluable tools for yoga teachers, massage therapists and physical therapists who want to heighten their ability to listen through touch and prescence.
Le Monastère des Augustines is a haven of heritage, culture and wellness. It is located in the historic wings of the Hôtel-Dieu de Québec monastery, from which emerged the first hospital on the continent north of Mexico. Le Monastère is a non-profit organization with charitable status.
This course fulfills an immersion pre-requisite for the AcroYoga teacher training application.

AcroYoga International Mentor, focused in Latinoamérica. Laura is part of the AcroYoga International Teacher Training faculty. Her personal practice is Vinyasa Yoga and meditation. A Liscenced Massage Therapist, and her specialty is Thai Massage. She’s been traveling the world since 2006 and has collaborated and organized in 15 Yoga Retreats in Puerto Rico and Internationally. Laura has taught in 15 different countries. Co founded Centro de Salud Integrada de Puerto Rico in Miramar, PR. As a landscape Architect she has developed a strong connection and sensibility for the elements of the Earth, spreading awareness in how to take care of ourselves and Mother Earth.

AcroYoga International Teacher Trainer and Mentor, based out of Los Angeles. Teaches in French, English and Spanish. Her background is in Anusara Yoga and has taught AcroYoga since 2007. Her Thai Massage practice has been influenced by many renown teachers influenced by Osteopathy, Shiatsu, Chinese 5 Element Theory, Cranio Sacral and Wuo Thai. Sonia continues to build community and connection sharing her passion for yoga, acrobatics, massage, climbing and nature through classes, workshops, trainings and nature retreats.
