In this 3 day intensive, the essential building blocks of AcroYoga Montreal style will be covered. We will refresh classic techniques, explore new acroyoga material as well as montréal signature and style moves, investigate the creative process and of course bomb the core!!!
This is a multi-level training so expect to work at full capacity, in safety. Come prepared for a challenge and “Big FUN.”

If you are travelling from further away… I can offer you to sleep at the studio. CHF 25.- for the night. There is a kitchen, showers. Bring your sleeping bag and what you need.

Refund of participant fees
The following rules apply for the cancellation and reimbursement of paid events:
Up to 6 weeks before:
Refund of the full amount minus CHF 50 processing fee.
Less than 6 weeks before, 50% of the fee is due.
For cancellations less than two weeks before, no refund is possible, the full course amount is due, but a substitute participant can be asked (already registered participants are not eligible as a substitute participant).
