Driven by their passion for practicing and sharing, Francesca and Luigi are a couple of instructors who come from the sunny Sicily, an island in the south part of Italy. They met 9 years ago and fell in love also thanks to acro-yoga. Luigi is a Thai and Chinese massage (tuinà) therapist and thanks to his passion for ancient arts he also became a taiji Chuan teacher with more than 10 years of experience and a Meditation teacher.
Francesca comes from the dance world and she is a psychologist who loves the special way acroyoga make people connect and support each other with an open mind attitude, work on personal strengh and bounderins, experiment the “beeing in the present moment”. They are “Partner Acrobatic” and “Acro Love” certfied teachers.
In their practice, they love to create fluid and elegant flows but also enjoy the energy of speed and tempo through whips, whip-pops, and Icarian games. They focus their training and teaching on small details and love to break down complicated moves with ease creating progressions to make sure success even more complex tricks. They believe that practicing acro yoga is a lucky opportunity to grow as human beings, to best express every one own potential and to contribute creating a community of people focused on sharing, supporting and enjoy life. In their way of teaching, there is always a bit of irony between them to remind that smiling is the spice of life.
They often perform, teach regular classes, organize workshops and retreats all over the world. They are co-founders of the “AcroFusion Teacher Training”, an acro yoga program to become a teacher. The event they like most is the “Sicily Acro Convention”, a cool acrobatic convention they organize in the summer, bringing together many national and international teachers and participants in a marvellous Natural Reserve!
They strongly believe that creating a joyfull atmosfere during the classes help people to bring out their inner sun (the warm, playful, entusiastic part of them) and to be part of a healthy community where a beautiful laugh never fails!

Juri is a playful acroyoga teacher, circus performer, musician and artist of many disciplines. Originally from Kyrgyzstan, based in Berlin. 10 years ago , after studying Architecture and Sculpture (fine art) he discovered his passion for Acroyoga and Partner Acrobatics. Since then he’s researching, teaching and performing a mixture of Acroyoga combined with the pleasure of the game from physical theater which he studied at physical theater schools in France (Phillippe Gaulier) and Italy (Matteo Destro).
Well known for his circus duo Barada Street and his playful Acroyoga classes he’s travelling the world and sharing his passions.
„Every human has the inherent necessity to learn, imitate, connect and understand. As Children we learn with fun and pleasure. Becoming an adult we lose this connection of playing and learning out of different reasons. Life gets more serious and our „inner critic“ is growinso that we get blocked in our body and mind to express and enjoy ourselves. Ania and Szymon – you meet them at last Acro Fever. The atmosphere of their classes, attention to technique amd the ability to share the knowlage make what was impossible become achievable!
The couple connected by love for Acroyoga. For several years, they have been actively promoting this discipline in Poland by organizing jams, workshops and regular classes in Warsaw.
They develop their skills constantly traveling around the world and participating in many international festivals like Dutch Acrobatic Convention, Israel Acro Convention and many more. They took part in numerous workshops with the best acro teachers from around the world, e.g. Daniel Scott, Elad Sadeh, Jason, Lux & Chelsey (AcroGasm), Tom & Ayla, Caitlin & Dane (Duo Die Acrobatics) and many more.
They also taught at international festivals such as the Russian Acro Holy Days Festival in Moscow and UpornaAcro in Kiev.
In their practice, they mainly focus on the acrobatic side of Acroyoga, which provides them endless challenges. Lovers of flying high and having fun who love to infect others with their passion.

Tomasz Pacan
Bound with movement since childhood. Seven years experience in the acrobatic dance team, athletics, nine-year yoga practice, all this instilled a constant need for physical activity and taught how to find joy in it. Certified AcroYoga International level 2 teacher. Develops his body awareness through contemporary dance, contact improvisation, physical dance, GAGA, animal flow. The ability to combine acrobatic experiences with yoga and dance fascinated him absolutely. Delighted by the moment in which the lines of many forms of movement have the opportunity to meet. In Krakow conducts regular AcroYoga classes at all levels. Organizer of jams, workshops, artistic projects, international events. Invited as a teacher to international AcroYoga, yoga and dance festivals, conventions and conferences.

Joanna Sosińska
“I am a open-minded person with a lot of ideas, energy and happiness which I love to share with people. My passion is all kind of movement that creates a sense of freedom, reaches our deepest nature and brings people closer to each other. I truly believe that the conscious touch and movement has a tremendous power to heal the body, psyche and soul. I gain my experience from the best teachers from all over the world. Joanna and Tomasz met on a AcroYoga boat cruise on the Croatian islands in 2015. Since then, they have been friends discovering the secrets of Acro together. They participate together in conventions, workshops and festivals. Both love dance, so one of the thing they do together is Acro Dance and Contact Acro. They also run workshops with AcroYoga – “Acro Elements”, Family AcroYoga and Therapeutic Flying & Thai Massage, creating a very well-coordinated and calibrated acro collective

We can’t imagine this retreat without Alfonso’s inspiring massage workshops and morning yoga classes. He will show us how to take care of ourselves and each other through simple, but effective Thai massage techniques. He will also be available for private sessions for those who need relaxing massage or therapeutic sessions.
Alfonso Cazenave
Since he first started with Swedish massage in 2008, Alfonso Cazenave has taken innumerable courses in both Western and Eastern forms of bodywork. In 2013 he discovered Thai massage and immediately fell in love with it: its holistic approach, spiritual dimension and emphasis on mindful touch were the pieces he was missing in his former Western massage trainings. Ever since, he has studied with world-class teachers like Suwat Tong and Pichest Boonthumme (Thailand), Takis Oikonomou (Greece), David Lutt (France) and Till Heeg (Germany), among many others. In 2014 he quit his job as a language teacher to fully devote himself to bodywork. In 2016 he began assisting his teachers at the prestigious schools Sunshine Network (Thailand), Sunshine House (Greece / Germany) and Lulyani (France) and conducting his own courses in various European countries.
When he is not studying or teaching abroad, he lives and works in Warsaw (Poland). He calls his style “contemporary Thai massage”: a unique blend of static-dynamic Thai massage, Osteothai®, Wuo Tai®, Zoga® and craniosacral therapy. Through his daily work he proves that bodywork can be pleasant and effective at the same time. Quality of touch is his trademark.
Alfonso has been a teacher in several different subjects (first music, then languages, now bodywork and yoga) for over 20 years. As a teacher he is passionate and committed, honest, generous, precise, charismatic, approachable and fun. He enjoys sharing mindful touch.

At our disposal we will have a beautiful facility located in a picturesque area of the Sierakowski Landscape Park with a unique postglacial area with ribbon lakes, moraine hills and forest ravines. The Warta River crosses its northern part. Pine forest and mixed forest provide favorable conditions for recreation. Near the village Łężyczki the vantage point offers a panoramic view of the Lake Chrzypskie with an area 322 ha.
