The Solar Immersion empowers students to realize their potential through the powerful embodiment of acrobatic partnership.
Join the lead Teachers Alexandra Ruiz and John Karvelis, as well an amazing assisting team of international teachers, for 4 full days full of Acrobatic Solar training, connection & playful transitions. Lift up in preparation for the biggest yoga conference in Europe, the 9th Barcelona Yoga Conference | 4-8 July 2019 (BYC).
This Immersion gives you the chance to dive deep and fully absorb not only the advanced AcroYoga & Acrobatic training techniques, but also the Catalan sun, the community feeling, Barcelona itself – a beautiful seaside town and optional your participation in the BYC.
Get ready to be amazed at what you can achieve in these days. This Solar Immersion will take you on a journey into your infinite potential through a powerful exploration of acrobatic partnership and practice. Intelligent progressions and technique make learning advanced acrobatics both safe and exciting. Confidence is developed in strength training and inversions, opening the door to ease and grace in partner acrobatics. After refining foundations we will train more precise acrobatic work, building our skills day by day and working higher both individually and as a group. The sky is the limit!
****This course fulfills an immersion pre-requisite for the AcroYoga teacher training application.****
