Acroyoga is a community-based practice that encourages personal transformation. Acroyoga invites you to experience the full spectrum of your being through opportunities to: give and receive; support and be supported; experience strength and sensitivity. It is a systematic approach to health and healing designed to be accessible for every practitioner. The best part is that it is fun to do and fun to watch.

TEACHERS:

INEZ ALMEIDA is an acroyoga teacher, actress, dancer and Thai massage therapist. She has been drawn to movement since she can remember and it took her to explore many different forms and styles.
Movement is energy moving, unblocking, freeing itself, expressing life through the bod.
Her movement journey started at the age of 9 in the Ballet Conservatory of Lisbon where she studied for several years.
Inez has a Bachelor in physical acting from the Theatre University of Amsterdam, she is a certified teacher in both Acroyoga international (http://www.acroyoga.org) and Montreal style (https://acroyoga.com), and holds also a certificate in healing Thai yoga massage. She has been working as a freelance traveling extensively in several continents with her artistic work, and has been teaching intensively throughout the past few years in many communities in Europe.
Her love for movement and its healing powers have brought her to explore different ways to access that sacred place where transformation can occur. She believes in sharing with an open heart, creating space for connection, trust and intimacy, allowing love to flow freely.

Solar Acrobatic training immersion certified!
I love to bring happiness and joy in my workshop as much I can bring also quality content.
I’m from Genoa (Italy), and I’m graduated in Performing Arts at the Milan University (even if I was spending more time clowing around and doing clowntherapy in the hospital!). Before find a serious job I decided to go for a residential Sivananda-vedanta Yoga TTC 2011 and my life changed. I’m also Circus trainer certified by Tor Vergata University in Rome. I found in AcroYoga the way to unify yoga consciousness with circus arts. I did AcroYoga Montreal TTC and AcroYoga level 2. I love Residential retreat and ImmersionS. I teach regular class of acroyoga and circus for kids with Synergika in Genoa and during the weekend workshops or retreats all around Italy.

LOVE AND LIGHT TO YOU ALL
