Join me for a weekend of crazy training in one of the nicest training spaces in Europe (Circus Tent with Floor heating!!!). There will be enough longes to play around, possibilitys to sleep in the space, possibilitys to use a kitchen, a very nice town in front of us and a lot and enough time to exhaust yourself!

– tempo (push to long arms without holding, catching again)
FOOT TO HAND ON LONG ARMS OR TEMPOS

– high level H2H and F2H basic training
– Tricks in H2H and F2H (entrances, transitions, dismounts)
– How to break down complex skills
– Cool flying tricks (kurbet, cascade, handspring, salto, kamikaze, one arm, dislock, and other things you always wanted to learn!)
– Helping you with your trick (There will be enough time for wishes and guided jam time)
Every day starts with a specific warm up and preparation exercises and closes with some strength exercises and stretches
