At our beginners workshop you will learn the foundations of acro yoga: several basic figures and transitions between them. You will learn how to connect the positions into a beautiful flow.
Join us for 6 hours of fun, discovering your capabilities, playing and a soothing relaxation in the end.
ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP FOR INTERMEDIATE
This workshop is for you if you are familiar with the foundations of acro yoga, and you would like to deepen your practice. The prerequisites for participation in this workshop are flying or basing the following acro yoga poses:
– star
– side star
You will learn new washing machines adjusted to your level, as well as several poses and elements that you will then connect to a flow. We will play with dynamic figures, including pops – for those, who are interested, and also learn some beautiful static poses.
In this workshop we will focus on increasing the stability, balance and fluidity of your practice.
Who are the instructors?
We are Dori Tomasz (CZ) and Janko Marohnić (HR). We have been practicing acro yoga for almost 5 years, playing with people all around the world. We have traveled to places with some of the strongest acro yoga communities, learned from world famous acro yoga teachers and taught people with various skill levels. We teach at workshops as well as through videos in our online course.
Acro yoga is our big passion that transformed our bodies and relationship, and brought us lots of fun and new friends. We look forward to sharing the acro spirit with you! ❤️
