This course aims to provide a creative and personalized approach to the study of acrobatic “lifts”: starting with
experimentation around pair and groups acrobatics, it will move on to develop movement sequences according
to the exercises proposed.
Who’s the audience?
The course is addressed to artists and performers who want to experience their limits in relation to acrobatic
movement and the solo-collective concept, losing the fear of the other … We will work on concepts like rhythm,
lifts / propulsions, trust, landings.
What level?
Is not required to have a minimum level in acrobatics, though it may help… The nature of the course is tailored to each one of the participants according to their technique / discipline (theatre, dance, circus, performance …)
How we will work?
Each day will be dedicated to a “pillar” of acrobatics: rhythm, lifts / propulsions, trust, landings.
A session is structured like this:
– warm-up
– research and development of the material
– summary of the results
– return to calm
2 days’ workshop are planned, each session will last 3 hours, with a short break.

sees the light in 2009 as a fusion between several artists: Armando Rabanera, Fabrizio Giannini and Cristiano
Della Monica (Cirque Vague, Circo de la Sombra and Le Grand Osim Orchestra) and Francesca Lissia and
