HOW TO REGISTER?

Registration will open on 15/11/2019!
Waiver of liability:
By registering for this convention, participants claim responsibility for their own safety and the risks involved when practicing acrobatics.
Refund policy:
Your ticket will be fully refunded if you cancel before the end of December. We will charge 30 euros per cancellation after December. No refunds after February 1. Of course we can always try to resell your ticket to people on the waiting list.

1) How to get there?

We are holding the convention in a school, so don’t look out for a sports center. 🙂
From Brussels Airport:
IC train (32 min) to Antwerpen Centraal
walk to Rooseveltplaats (7 min)
take bus 610 to Oelegem (43 min)
bus stop = Schoten Delafaillelaan
walk 2 min
From Charleroi airport the train ride will take a bit longer. I would advice taking the shuttle to Antwerp.

2) When do the workshops start on Friday?

The first workshops will start at 10:30, but you can arrive when you want.
You can also arrive Thursday night, after workshops and dinner (7pm).
3) Where do we sleep?

In different sleeping rooms. Please let us know if you won’t be sleeping in the hall.
You can also sleep in your tent on the grass field of the play ground if you want. The weather could be nice already.
4) PARTY?

Yes, party!
We will play some music for all you acro bunnies and expect you to dance and jump around! Bunny-outfits most welcome!
