We are happy to invite you to the first AcroYoga Festival in Barcelona, the FAB. Every September for 4 days we get together with the objective of strengthening and expanding theAcroYoga community in Catalonia. The festival takes place in a rural house in the Falts del Montseny, surrounded by nature, with green areas, large outdoor rooms for practicing, relaxation areas and swimming pool. There are 4 days of workshops with local teachers with a lot of experience and ofall styles of AcroYoga. There will be several workshops simultaneously for all levels as well as yoga, handstand sessions, massage, mantras and shows for the night.
TO WHOM IS IT DIRECTED?
For all the people interested in the practice of AcroYoga. There will be workshops both for those who have never practiced and for advanced practitioners (washing machines, standing acro, hand to hand …). There will also be workshops of AcroYoga therapeutic, Thai massage, dance and conscious movement, handstands, yoga etc …
THE HOUSE
Eurostage is a large colony house located in the Natural Park of Montnegre and El Corredor, overlooking the beach and the mountains, surrounded by oak forests, with landscaped terraces for walks.
It is located in Caldes d’Estrac, 40km from Barcelona and 60km from Girona. It is a large estate of 6 hectares with swimming pool, outdoor areas to practice and relax, excursions from the house, covered outdoor porch of 420m2 with tatami and indoor yoga rooms. The ideal environment to enjoy AcroYoga, heat and nature.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
All participants will be in shared rooms with bunk beds. In the registration form you can choose if you want a female dorm, a male dorm or a mixed dorm for those who come as a couple.
All meals are included and will be vegetarian with options for vegans with prior request.
HOW TO GET THERE:
By train: Renfe R1 line to the CALDES D’ESTRAC stop. From there, take a taxi or 25 minutes on foot. We offer to pick you up at the station by car on Thursday 12th at 6:00 p.m. and at 6:15 p.m. Let us know if you come at one of these hours.
By car:
Per C-32 motorway
-From Barcelona: Exit 108 of Caldes d’Estrac. Leaving the tollbooth, turn left towards Sant Vicenç de Montalt. At the first roundabout, take the first exit on the right. It is a dirt road that is then asphalt. When the road starts to go down you will see Eurostage. When you reach the Riera de Caldetes, turn left.
· From Girona: Exit 108 that will take you directly to the roundabout and turn down the dirt road that you will find on your right hand side From the road you will see Eurostage. When you reach the Riera de Caldetes, turn left.
Nearby airports: Barcelona El Prat de Llobregat and Girona.
Pick up at the station. The Festival offers you a free pick-up service on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and at 6:15 p.m. from the Caldes d’Estrac train station. There will also be a free car service on Sunday 16 at 3:30 p.m. to the Gualba train station.
Local Taxis: If you come by train and arrive outside the festival pick-up time you can call a local taxi. There are 11 minutes from Caldes d’Estrac station to the house of colonies: 647 864 144 // 646 098 052.
