This powerful 7-day retreat is a revolutionary training for life and love, and is for everyone who desires to take their personal empowerment to another level and to deepen their abilities of Self Mastery. The training is aimed at men and women who are dedicated to the ongoing practice of evolving consciousness and deeper embodiment, and who support others on this path. Central to this are presence, awareness, personal empowerment, emotional intelligence, sexual wholeness, and a lifestyle which honours the interconnectedness of all things. Acknowledging and embracing one’s shadow (or un-integrated psychological material) is the cornerstone of this work.
This training focuses on clearing the physical and emotional body of shame, guilt, and fear related to sexuality and authenticity. The deeper transformation comes from reconnecting to your personal power. Exploring sexuality is a fast path to encountering your own power, challenges and gifts.
This is done through multiple pathways using the best of the ancient temple arts including Tantra, Taoist and Shamanic traditions and adding to this more modern day NLP, bioenergetics, guided visualization, emotional release, Kundalini activation, energy tracking, conscious touch, safe sex, ethics, boundaries and consent skills. These are some of the practices we use to dive deep into the inner realms.
We explore the inner masculine and inner feminine archetypes because, when they are fully integrated in you, a door opens to a deeper knowledge of the Self as whole and complete.

Please don’t perceive that our use of the terms masculine and feminine is an indicator that ISTA operates from a place of duality and gender separation. We do not. Far from it. We realize that we are all masculine and feminine regardless of our physical form. We use this terminology as it is an effective model for understanding the different energies or qualities that each of us are made of. They do not translate to men and women, or male and female.

> What do I need to know?
No prior knowledge of shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary, and people with previous experience are welcome.
> What will I have to do?
Nudity and intimate touch are optional parts of this training. The cornerstone of this work is about consent, developing healthy boundaries and communication. This event is about expanding beyond your comfort zone, while honoring your healthy boundaries. If it is your truth, it is possible to complete the entire training/experience without touching another person. You are always at choice and the facilitators will help you navigate what is authentic for you.
> Important Note for all Participants
This is an individual process that happens in a group environment and a level of ability to be self-responsible is needed to navigate the spiritual sexual shamanic space. ISTA is a mystery school and approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul. We recommend that if there is known deep-seated trauma, individuals seek one-to-one sessions and get the ok from their therapist before entering the group process.

After booking your accommodation, you will receive a confirmation with your ticket type and a welcome letter with further information for the training and a link to detailed questionnaire.

* REFUND POLICY
A commitment to the spiritual sexual shamanic training is a deep commitment to yourself. It is assumed that, if you feel drawn to this training, it is no accident. Please read the following policy carefully.
Regular considerations
A fee of 489 EUR (price for standard accommodation) is required to secure your spot. The deposit is refundable up until 1 month before the training (29th October 2021) minus an admin fee of 150 EUR.
From 29th October 2021 the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable to other trainings or people.
Additional COVID policy
You will be entitled for a full refund if we decide to cancel the training for any reason, or if you are unable to attend due to a case of confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case (in this case an admin fee of 50 EUR applies). Please make sure you have a written proof that the cancellation reason is COVID-related. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of any further costs (loss of earnings, travel & accommodation, etc.).

We are happy to invite you to a high-quality venue in the historical building of a former mill. Leuther Mühle is located one hour drive from the city of Cologne and 40 mins from Düsseldorf.
On an area covering 2,500 square metres, the seminar house exists in harmony with nature. It offers a very special ambience, combining historical and contemporary elements. The spacious, light-infused accommodation area with comfortable guest rooms and the modern seminar rooms with high standard equipment (ground heating, fresh air system, etc.) combine with the beautiful dining room and the historical mill to form a harmonious whole. The spacious courtyard as well as lots of lush, green meadowland and wonderfully scenic surroundings make this the perfect place to retreat from daily routines. The venue staff is looking forward to offering us a warm welcome.

The chefs will spoil us three times a day with fresh, seasonal vegetarian and vegan creations from the local area, as well as Mediterranean dishes and Asian specialities. The kitchen uses certified organic products as much as possible. There will be fruit and a selection of teas available in the beautifully designed common kitchen throughout the day.

Elaine is a Sexuality, Tantra, Shamanic Breathwork & Bodyworker, Facilitator and Guide. She facilitates events for ISTA and her own offerings in London and overseas. Elaine has a busy private client practice in London.
She utilises skills from more traditional Tantra, Shamanism, Transformational Somatic Sexological Bodywork and Breathwork. She loves to facilitate the healing and the integration of sexuality & spirituality, the body, the mind and the soul energies. She longs to support clients to live life as emotionally expressive beings.
