Sara teaches regular handstand classes in Berlin for beginners to intermediate-advanced practitioners. Her classes are super creative and playful and she has a super sweet and joyful energy. Her focus is on dynamic movements in handstands as well as dynamic and asymmetric entries and exits. Through her movement therapy certification she also focuses on a clever muscular alignment and makes you train and feel the deep muscles that help you find the stability when you are upside down. Next to her handstand classes with ‘Inverted World Berlin’ she creates colourful yoga clothing with Pitaya Yoga – she will bring some of them with her from Berlin!
Juampi is from Argentina and his background is in acrobatics on horses and circus. He has trained extensively with various trainers in different circus schools, including some of the crazy strict Russian trainers. Juampi’s classes are more related to a traditional circus style with beautiful straight lines and powerful exercises. All brought to you with his latino energy and sense of humour so that you will have a combination of a good training that will make you feel your muscles and an entertained fun time, too.
In their free time both of them practice Acroyoga and partner acrobatics so if you are interested in some h2h tips or general acrobatics movements this is a good place and time.
Sara and Juampi will lead a workshop individually with the assist of the other so you will learn both voices and approaches and learn the same practice in different ways. We aim to give you personal assistance and advice for your handstand journey.
