Drills and conditioning that will address individual handstand issues
Stretches for tight shoulders

This workshop is for the beginner/intermediate aerialist, looking for new techniques and skills on Hammock.
MUST HAVE SOME HAMMOCK EXPERIENCE OR APPROVED FOR INTERMEDIATE AERIAL.
This workshop will cover:
How to stay centered when spinning
Hammock Conditioning tips to get you to the next level
3 to 5 Intermediate Poses/Sequences

Drop it like its Hot – Hammock workshop for Intermediate Aerialists:
9/21 | 7-8:30 PM
This workshop is designed to teach aerial hammock lovers to control their drops and to learn the technique behind their drops. I will review/teach 3 basic drops and the technique behind them. After I will teach how to layer drop on top of one another using technique to make them seamless. Then I’ll teach one unique drop.
***Pre Reqs: Must be approved for L2 silks

Matthew Armenta is a professional Aerial Artist, Choreographer, and Coach based out of Moreno Valley, CA. Matthew is a big believer that circus is for anybody with and body. With 10 years of training, coaching, and performing under his belt he is highly qualified and is sure to impress. Matthew has performed nationally as well as Internationally. Noted performances and clients include NCIS Wrap Party, LA Travel Magazine, and Vanessa Hudgens.
