We are pleased to announce our Upcoming Icarian Workshop with Joe & Mira from Israel. (Acro Pops done in L-Basing)
LOCATION:

• We’ve lined up 2 full days of FUN! Each day there will be 2 workshops of 2.5 hours each, (10 hours classes in total) where we will learn Icarian in a safe environment.
• In the workshop we will focus on the foundations of icarian that will affect your practice for BOTH the beginner and advanced icarian practitioners.
• We will focus on all kinds of pops including basic pops, twists, and building up more advanced skills (like castaway, etc).
• Learning to perform advanced tricks without spotters requires a great deal of dedication, technique and consistency. We will teach how to build your own progressions to be able to break down skills in a safe consistent way.
NOTE: More advanced options will be offered for the more experienced practitioners.
LEVEL:
We ask that everyone attending this workshop is able to:
•Hold a stable reverse star for 20 seconds.

FULL WORKSHOP – 2 DAYS – 10 HOURS
• 90,00 € – Inscription in advance, a deposite of 50€ by transfer, and the rest in cash at the day of the event.
• 100,00 € – Regular price – payable in cash, the day of the event on the spot.

The condition for booking a place is a deposit of 50,00 €. In the case of a participant’s resignation, the down payment is non-returnable, but the place can be transferred to another person. The remaining amount should be paid in cash on the first day of the workshop, before its start.

ABOUT US:
Joe currently living in Tel Aviv, is originally from the United States. 5 years ago, he stumbled upon Yoga, which led to Acro Yoga and it quickly became his PASSION. Joe focuses strongly on icarian, and also practices all kinds Standing acrobatics & L-Basing. Joe has become one of the leaders of ICARIAN in Israel, teaching an advanced icarian group, and icarian privates. Joe is an expert at breaking down difficult skills into progressions to help build skills to completion.

Mira-
When you think of Mira, you can only picture her in the air. Mira has been flying since childhood, was a high skilled gymnast, than a trainer since she was 16. She has been teaching Acro for the last 5 years around the world in conventions and workshops and in France.
She loves teaching circus for children & has been teaching it for 10 years now in France. Thai Massage Therapist for 15 years now, Acrobatics teacher, hooked on Adrenalin, she specializes in Icarian games. Loves Standing Acro, 3-4 People machines. Practiced Yoga & African dance for many years & loves combining all these skills in her joyful classes.
