We have 2 intermediate level workshops:
FINDING STABILITY IN YOUR H2H
7.3. from 3 pm to 6 pm
Prerequisite: Stable standing F2H where you can use a post if you need and a 20 second handstand against the wall. Spotters can be there but cannot touch to help the trick.
We will be guiding you through building a good foundation and technique for H2H and reverse H2H. The workshop will include l-based drills to help you improve your technique and stability. It will then move onto standing entries and exits to H2H. If some skills are too hard, there will be an easier pre-exercise and if some tricks are too easy, then there is always a way to make it more advanced for you.
DYNAMIC ACRO TRICKS
8.3. from 12 pm to 3 pm
Prerequisite: Stable Standing F2H (posting up is ok) and high bird. Spotters can be there but cannot touch to help the trick.
In this workshop you can learn your first dynamic tricks. For those with more experience we will be showing you how to use your power most effectively. The workshop content will include calf pops, pitching and other dynamic tricks. Dynamic Acro is any trick with a full release and a catch of the flyer. We will be guiding you through building a good foundation and technique for this. The workshop will include some drills to help you improve your technique so that you can get more height with less power. If some skills are too hard, there will be an easier pre-exercise and if some tricks are too easy, then there is always a way to make it more advanced for you.
