FOOT-TO-HAND (F2H) MASTER CLASS – Beginner / Intermediate
Want to be an awesome acrobat? Then get awesome at Foot-to-Hand (F2H)! In this introductory~intermediate level workshop, we will teach you proper grip and technique, along with strength-building exercises, for regular and reverse F2H. We’ll also explore fun transitions and move into standing F2H for those who are ready.
*Prerequisites:
– Participants should have basic acroyoga experience

EXPLORATIONS IN HAND-TO-HAND (H2H) – Intermediate —
If you are beginning or refining your H2H practice, this class is for you! We will start from the ground up, covering essential H2H skills for a strong, and lasting practice. We will examine H2H grip and the fine details of alignment and technique. H2H is a never ending journey, and the stronger your foundation, the farther you’ll be able to progress safely and sustainably. Accessible progressions, spotting techniques, and L-basing entrances and exits will be offered.
*Prerequisites:
– Flyers: be able to hold L-base star, and a 30-second handstand at the wall or with a spotter.
– Bases: be able to l-base F2H or tuck sit comfortably.

FANCY FOOTWORK (Standing F2H Transitions) – Advanced
In this mostly standing acrobatics workshop, solidify your L-base F2H skills and then focus on your standing F2H skills. We will explore variations of both standing F2H & RF2H (Reverse Foot-to-Hand). Depending on time and the skill levels of members, we will also work dynamic entrances and exits involving F2H.
*Prerequisites:
– Be able to base or fly L-base F2H and RF2H (10 seconds each), Be able to base/fly a stable 2 High

DYNAMIC H2H SKILLS – Advanced
This workshop is geared towards those who are ready to take your H2H practice to the next level. We will begin with refining L-base H2H and progress to working on entering and exiting standing H2H. We will cover the basics of grip and the deep details of alignment and technique. For those with a stable practice already, we will give you drills and skills customized to your level.
*Prerequisites:
– Base: be able to do L-base F2H, H2H, and 2-High
– Flyers – Be able to do a 30 second handstand at the wall or with a spotter
