– handstand training to increase technique and boost confidence
– each day ends with Thai Yoga massage leg love
Beginners to Intermediate practice; pre reqs base star, straddle throne, rev throne, back plank.
We create a space with a big focus on safety and ninja spotting skills!
We all connect through play and let this empowering practice take us higher!
