All of our courses until now have had prerequisite skills that needed to be met to attend. If you are new to the practice or unsure about your preparedness to attend our other programs, this is the one for you!
This intensive is a unique experience designed to give individuals the tools to build a foundation for a partner acrobatic practice. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an avid practitioner looking to refine your skills, come dial in your current challenges. Let us show you that you are more than capable of the tricks you’ve never thought were possible, and do it all in a supportive community full of lightness and laughter.

In this new open level program we will focus on many different acrobatic disciplines: inversions/handstands, standing acrobatics, L-basing flows, acro foundations both L-basing and standing, to name a few.
This physical intensity is complimented by our prehab program every morning which aims to strengthen, heal and prepare the body for any movement practice.
This program will give you a chance to learn and create a solid foundation to practice from.
