Once upon a time, a wee flyer named Emily thought that painful acro was all part of the fun. It was the price to be paid for the joy of inversion and getting high in the air. But there was another way! Chris brought her to the light. In this teaching partnership, Emily & Chris aim to bring comfortable, joyous play to the masses.

• Handstand against the wall 30 sec
• Headstand in middle of room 30 sec
• Some experience with h2h grip
• Familiarity with side star
• Willingness to spot and learn safety technique
• Willingness to work with others as a team
