Weekend Festival of Acro, handstands & fun community vibes.

Join us for a Saturday & Sunday filled with Acro in a mini festival concept. You will get to experience different styles of L-base Acro with variety of local teachers. This will be intimate and more hands-on experience as we will cap it to 24 participants. Short class descriptions coming closer to the event.
This is an intermediate event meaning that people who register should have an understanding of the following poses as a base, flyer and spotter. We will offer progression so all groups can choose there level of challange.
PLease have an understaing of foundationl AcroYoga poses
– Bird, Throne, Star, rev star, side star
– Foot 2 Hand, Cartwheel
– Basic pops
– handstand againts the wall.
