Over 2 nights and 3 days you will have the opportunity to play on and off your mat through yoga, acro yoga, meditation walks, hikes and so much more.
Each day will be be planned with you in mind. There will be many offerings for all levels, and ultimately you can pick and choose what classes, workshop and activities you would like to participate in.
You will be staying on site at Lotus Heart Center, and let us tell you, you are stepping into a new world as soon as you arrive. Weeping willow trees will greet you at the front of the property, then lush green grass that seems to go on forever and stunning trees and hiking trails to the side. The yoga room is a stunning and large space with an abundance of natural light. It is definitely a place you will want to spend your mornings so you can soak it all in. There is also a large wrap-around porch off the kitchen and yoga room, which would be great for sipping on your morning tea or coffee, and taking in the stillness and views around you. On the grounds there is a salt water pool, a space for nightly camp fires, and endless hiking trails – we promise you won’t get lost!
You will be staying in rooms with double or triple occupancy. Most rooms will have their own bathroom attached to it, or a bathroom very close by. Do not worry as there are plenty of bathrooms in the house, 13 to be exact. If you are looking for single occupancy please e-mail us to see availability and pricing.
All of your meals will be included: light breakfast, lunch and dinner. They will be vegetarian, and the chefs can accommodate vegan, raw or gluten free diets, so please let us know on the registration form about allergies or any dietary restrictions.

Our intention behind this weekend retreat is to bring our communities together at a beautiful space surrounded by nature. Sometimes taking your practice to a new space with new people gives you the chance to explore exciting possibilities; you can get outside of your comfort zone and perhaps try something new over the span of the weekend. We know this will be a magical weekend of building new friendships, exploring nature, and stepping out of the day-to-day so we can tune into our hearts — and of course, it’s a chance to have lots of fun as we play and flow as a kula!

Thai Yoga Massage provided by Ciara (limited spaces $45 for 30 min or $75 for 60 min paid in cash to her)
Investment early bird rate of $445 plus tax until June 30th, $495 plus tax after July 1st. To hold your space we will need $100 non-refundable deposit. This can be paid via paypal, transfer or cash. The final balance will be needed one week prior to the retreat (August 9th). Once the deposit is received, we will send you a form to fill out about roommate selection, options for massages, and more.
