AcroCamp Barcelona for New year is 5 days of AcroYoga, dance, yoga, handstands and Thai massage in nature. The main focus of the AcroCamp is acroyoga and we will also explore how other types of bodywork will bring fluidity and awareness to acrobatics.
This retreat is for both beginners and advanced, there will be progressions and exercises for each level so that you feel comfortable and can acquire more technique and new exercises.

ACCOMMODATION & FOOD
The Omshanti retreat center has been hosting groups for 11 years to make them feel at home. It is in nature, with a large practice room of 144 square meters with lots of light and views of the Montseny Natural Park. Enjoy the swimming pool, the lawn and the sauna.
The food is bio, vegetarian and delicious, with free buffet service plus fruits, nuts and infusion all day.
FACILITATORS
· Mireia Castellsagué: Teaching Yoga classes 13 years ago, AcroYoga classes 8 years ago. Teaching Yoga, AcroYoga, yoga for children and acroyoga in families. Co-founder of Omshanti Yoga Studio, Barcelona Yoga Conference, Barcelona Acrobatic Convention, AcroYoga Barcelona Festival and Omshanti Yoga Training.
· Edu Juanet: Trained in body expression and interpretation, passionate about body movement, focused on contemporary dance, partner acrobatics and handstands.
Co-founder of Espai 3Temps where he teaches his classes and workshops.
