Join us for a lovely Autumn Retreat at Vässarö! Vässarö is a beautiful island in the north of Stockholm’s archipelago.
Enjoy the essence of AcroYoga community hangout, therapeutic flying, thai yoga massage, morning yoga and fun acrobatic machines! Big focus on community and a wonderful nature experience.
The Autumn Retreat is a great way to get introduced to all aspects of AcroYoga. It is also a great way for intermediate & advanced students to deepen their practice. We will focus on handstand technique, counter balances, fun transitions, build up to hand to hand and new acrobatic flying sequences. Rejuvenate in nature, inspired by new friends and community. Meals including boat trips, acroyoga and shared housing.
Bring your kids! We will have family activities during the AcroYoga classes such as; trail hike / canoeing / sailing & climbing / family AcroYoga.

About Vässarö
Vässarö is owned and run by the Stockholm District of the Swedish Guide and Scout Association and there are approximately 30 000 overnight guests a year. There will be other groups staying at the island at the same time. The AcroYoga Summer Camp have our own very special yoga shala with an open fire place and panoramic windows overlooking the forest. There is a sauna overlooking the sea, forest walks & cabins with 2 -4 beds in each.
