Welcome to the AcroYoga Festival do Brasil of 2020!
We are very happy to present the details of the third edition of Brazil’s largest Acroyoga event.
This Festival aims to bring together Brazil’s entire Acroyoga community, be it first-timers, practitioners or teachers, to share one of a kind moments during the Easter holiday weekend, and this time in a new format!
New for this third edition of the Festival:
– Non-residential format (with the exception of just 18 housing spots on-site);
– Healthy meals (lunch and dinner) included in the Festival ticket price;
– Festival will be held in a magical place with ocean views and trail access to the beach, on the beautiful island of Florianópolis in southern Brazil.
DATES
April 10, 11 and 12, 2020 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) – Easter Weekend
PLACE
The Festival will take place at ESPAÇO AVIVA, located at Rodovia Jornalista Manoel de Menezes 1872, Praia Mole, Florianópolis – SC.
SCHEDULE
This year’s Festival includes a team of 25 certified teachers from different Acroyoga schools, who will offer a variety of classes for practitioners of all levels – from beginner to advanced. In addition to Acroyoga classes, we will also have Yoga classes, meditation, jams, acrochats, cultural programs in the evenings and much more!

TICKET PRICES
– Festival Ticket TIER 1 (includes lunch and dinner) – R$650,00 (until January 10)

– Festival Ticket TIER 3 (includes lunch and dinner) – R$850,00 (after March 10)

– Post-Festival Intensive with Jason Nemer – R$400 (general public) / R$300 (Festival registrants only with special promo code)
MEALS
Festival meals will be ovo-lacto vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options. Included in the Festival ticket price are the following meals:
– Friday, April 10, 2020: lunch and dinner
– Saturday, April 11, 2020: lunch and dinner
– Sunday, April 12, 2020: lunch
HOUSING
This year we have only 18 spots for housing on-site at ESPAÇO AVIVA, which are shared bungalows with two single beds, bed linens and towels, all with one of the most beautiful views of Floripa. The bungalow bathrooms are shared.***SOLD OUT***
For those that will stay off-site, there is a wide variety of accommodations near the event venue, such as guesthouses, hostels, hotels and Airbnb. The neighborhoods closest to the Festival, and with the lowest traffic flow are Praia Mole, Fortaleza da Barra and Barra da Lagoa. Also close to the Festival are the neighborhoods of Praia da Joaquina, Lagoa da Conceição, Canto dos Araçás and others further south.
HOW TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL
Florianópolis is a major Brazilian city which is easily accessible by airplane or by bus. The Festival location, ESPAÇO AVIVA, is on Praia Mole beach and is easily reached by car, taxi, Uber or public transport. We suggest ride sharing to the Festival as there is no parking offered on-site.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrival: Friday, April 10, 2020, from 9am to 11am
Departure: Sunday, April 12, 2020, by 5pm
PAYMENTS
Acceptable forms of payment are:
– Bank deposit or transfer, with no additional Eventbrite fees;
– Credit card with additional Eventbrite fees; or
– Bank payment order with additional Eventbrite fees (for Brazilian bank account holders only).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated by email to [email protected] and shall be refunded according to the following policy:
– Cancellations up to March 10, 2020 – 50% refund of amount paid;
– Cancellations after March 10, 2020 – no refund;
– No-shows – no refund.
