Le Duo LadieZ Machine se réjouit de venir vous rencontrer a Turin, et passer tout un weekend avec vous ! Partager avec tous leurs créations, et leur passion pour l’acroyoga !
Au programme :
On y verra des placements de pieds bizarre, comment voltiger et baser avec technique et délicatesse, comment créer et évoluer ensemble ! Des belles transitions plus inédites les unes que les autres, et le plaisir de voler en harmonie avec sa base, son flyer, et son spot !
Horaire :
Samedi :
10h-13h : Hips and Whips !
Un worskhop de hanches, et de mouvements dynamiques, avec des enchaînements rapides et des pieds tout doux ! Préparez vos hanches !
13h-14h30 : Lunch time
14h:30-18h : Flow with Grace PLUS therapeutic time !
Des transitons fancy, avec un travail de pieds délicat, on se retrouve a voltiger dans tous les sens a en perdre la tête !
Dimanche :
10h-13h : Hands free !
3h pour jouer avec des transitions sans les mains, des postures sans les mains, et entrer dans les profondeurs de l’équilibre et de l’écoute. Confiance !
13h-14h30 : Lunch time
14h30-18h : Get weird !
Là, on va trouver des postures assymétriques et étranges, qui sortent de l’ordinaire et en plus, on va les mettre dans des flows de l’espace !

The Duo Ladiez Machine are so excited to meet the Turin community, and spend a whole weekend with you !
To share their creations, and their passion for acroyoga and washing machines !
The program ?
We will explore fancy foot work, work on flying with grace and technique, on our creativity and learn how to evolve with one another. Beautiful and unique transitions, and just the pleasure of flying in harmony with our base, flyer and spoter for a whole weekend !
Timetable for the weekend :
10h-13h : Hips and whips !
A workshop for hips, and dynamic movement, with fast transitions and learn how to make your feet smoooooooth ! Get your hips ready !
13h-14h30 : Lunch time
14h:30-18h : Flow with Grace AND therapeutic time !
Fancy transitions, with a work on weird feet placement, we will find our way to fly in every direction so as to lose our minds !
Sunday :
10h-13h : Hands free !
3h to play with transitions and postures, hands free, to dive deeep into balance, and learn how to listren to the needs of the other. Confidence !
13h-14h30 : Lunch time !
14h30-18h : Get weird !
Here, we will find assymetrical and strange postures that are not typical and we will put them into flows of the universe !
