(Flampouri – Parnitha Mountain Eefuge)
The Athens AcroYoga Jam wonderful company goes up to the mountain of Parnitha!
On November 15 to 17 we meet up at the Flampouri mountain refuge for three days full of AcroYoga, Yoga, Thai massage, group games, walks in the forest and night gatherings by the fireplace.
The Flampouri mountain refuge is located on the Mountain of Parnitha in Attika, about an hour’s drive from downtown Athens.

Classes will be guided by the six teachers of Athens AcroYoga Jam
(John Karvelis, Giorgos Papadopoulos, Eleni Skou, Eleni Hadjisavva, Evangelia Mosiou, Mihalis Papadogiannakis)
Cost: €35
Included are all classes and activities as well as two nights of sleeping accommodation in mattresses in refuge’s big shala, where we ‘ll sleep altogether.
Bring along a sleeping bag, yoga mat, shoes suitable for walking in the woods, backpack, water bottle, warm clothes.
At the shelter are offered breakfast and a variety of food plates at reasonable prices.
You can bring along dry nuts and other snacks to consume in the walks.
For our transfers to and from the refuge, we will make an effort to organize carpools so as to divide commuting expenses and accommodate those than don’t have a personal means of transportation.
Sleeping spots in the refuge are limited.
Accordingly, you have to reserve your space in advance by paying a 20 euro non-refundable fee.
You can do so in two ways:
1. By paying in person at the location of the Athens AcroYoga Jam in Fokianos Sports Park (address: Vasilisis Olgas Avenue 1, across the street from the Athens Kallimaramaron Stadium – otherwise known as Panathinaiko Stadio) every Tuesday during jam hours, 20:30 to 22:30
2. By depositing the money into a bank account after you make arrangements to do so (see contact info below)
