This is a transformational journey. It’s also the most affordable way to embody a Solar Acrobatic and Lunar Therapeutic Immersion for your AYI Teacher Training pre-requisites!
Take your practice even higher and hone your skills to heal with an international band of AcroYogis. Train acrobatics & deepen therapeutic skills in a hot spring park. This all-inclusive experience is unlike any other AcroYoga experience we offer, and we invite you to join.
The AcroYoga co-founder Jason Nemer, senior teacher Alexandra Ruiz, and an international team will be guiding your experience.
We will create daily rituals that honor ourselves, our acro partners, those who will join this intentional band of acro healers, extending to each person that you touch moving forward into the new year.
Waterslides will boost the emotional body, while we witness birds in migration, flowers in abundance in the winter, and delicious Mexican food!
There’ll be plenty of time for space and training. Here’s the daily schedule…
– 8:00-9:00 hot spring water therapy or asana
– 9:00-10:30 breakfast
– 10:30-13:30 acrobatic training
– 13:30-16:00 lunch
– 16:00-19:00 therapeutic training
– 19:00-20:30 dinner

Again, The SOLUNAR 2019 retreat and immersion translates to two Immersions: a Solar and Lunar Immersion. Once completed in full, you are welcome to apply for an AcroYoga Teacher Training.
