Lux began teaching Acro to recreational practitioners and professional acrobats in 2005. Over the past decade, his approach to teaching and creating acro content has earned him a loyal following across the globe. Today, Lux is best known as a teacher, content writer, and leader in the global acro community.
Lux is an acro-innovator who’s teaching is in high-demand worldwide. Ever heard of ninja-star, spider-roll, monkey-frog, ballerina with attitude? Those are just a fraction of Lux’s inventions. His teaching style is clear and concise, highly attentive and yet demanding.

*** PREREQUISITES ***
Holding 15 second tuck sit and bicep stand.
Holding 30 second foot to hand, star, shoulderstand, and reverse star.
Flyer and Base should have a good range of motion in star, foot to hand, shoulderstand and reverse star.
Base should be able to base a mono limb and be able to extend and bend leg while keeping the flyer in position.
Flyer should be able to hold a straight body or open straddle position while having the main point of support move underneath them.
The most important pre-req however is to have a good attitude and come ready to work, laugh and not take yourself too seriously.
