AcroYoga Weekend Retreat in Rochester, NY

Event Details

Let’s spend a weekend together *flying high* and *diving deep* into our Acro practice! During this weekend Acro Retreat we’ll live in community in a big beautiful lakeside home and enjoy yoga, acro, meditation, dance, delicious food and nature walks in the woods and along the shore of Conesus Lake.

In addition to a lot of Acro (for both beginners and more experienced acrobats) we’ll have time for personal reflection, small group sharing, and large group activities (like Grand Silence and Pyromania!) that help us reflect on what Acro is teaching us about ourselves, each other, our strengths, fears and hopes. We’ll dig into issues of consent, communication, connection and conflict in order to get both higher and deeper in our practice.

Pre-Requisites: People (ages 18 and up, exceptions must be approved) with all levels of Acro experience are welcome. We ask that all participants have at least one Intro to Acro Workshop (and/or 2-3 Acro Basics Classes) under their belt so you are familiar with the dynamics of Acro.

COST per person includes dorm-style accommodations for 2 nights and 4 meals (Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner and Sunday breakfast with vegetarian and gluten-free options available).
