THE TEACHERS:
Bio Francesco & Heidi
Francesco and Heidi met at the Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training in 2012. Combining acrobatic and yoga technique with a playfulness and creativity, together they have organized workshops, immersions and teacher trainings in Europe since 2015.
Francesco
Performing Arts graduate of Milan University, Francesco works as a circus trainer and acroyoga teacher. He facilitates teacher trainings and solar immersions for Acroyoga International, as well as organizes the European Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training. Certified also by Partner Acrobatics, Francesco teaches regular acroyoga classes, workshops and retreats around Europe. He has been teaching in the most popular acroyoga festivals in Europe.
Heidi
Heidi is an unconventional balance artist. From walking the world’s longest highlines, to decreasing points of contact in acroyoga, she finds exhilarating focus in responding to weight shifts and playing with gravity. As a former architect, she is interested in deconstructing ideas and finding pathways to make the impossible, possible. This is the approach she most likes to share with her students, opening windows and starting the journey of empowerment, to that undeniable voice that cries, “We got this!” In her experience, there is nothing more crucial than cultivating a cohesive, connected environment while learning acroyoga and partner acrobatics. Her research is as centred around these invisible elements as it is around delivering awe-inspiring moves. She teaches worldwide and is senior teacher trainer with Acroyoga Montreal. Heidi is born in California, based in Montreal.

*Members of Acroyoga Oslo Society gets a discount as shown above. Membership costs 100 kr per calender year, and can be added directly to the course fee at sign-up.
