We will alternate Acroyoga and Thai massage Workshops taught by Angelo Tormena with days out exploring the island and having photoshoots taken by a professional Photographer and a Professional Video of the Flow that we will teach you during the Retreat.
On the arrival we will have an Opening Cleansing Ceremony:
A Balinese priest conducts this spiritual ceremony at the beginning of your retreat. Participants dress in temple clothes and receive a blessing of holy water as they give a small basket of flowers as an offering.
