Easter Acro is back!
The second Belgian Acro Convention will be a blast again!
Yes, there will be more chocolate eggs and an even crazier party!
WHAT?

– 3 days full of partner acrobatics and acro yoga (Friday-Saturday-Sunday)
– 3 or 4 workshop slots a day (4 workshops at the same time) + non stop free training
– sleeping in class rooms on your own comfy airbed, thermorest, yogamat, acro partner,…
– food, onsite catering (vegetarian/meat), Belgian beers!

– Party with Dj Dwarfs on Saturday!!!!!

Registration will open on 1/11/2018!
Waiver of liability:
By registering for this convention, participants claim responsibility for their own safety and the risks involved when practicing acrobatics.
Refund policy:
Your ticket will be fully refunded if you cancel before the end of December. We will charge 30 euros per cancellation after December. No refunds after February 1. Of course we can always try to resell your ticket to people on the waiting list.

1) How to get there?
We are holding the convention in a school, so don’t look out for a sports center. 🙂
From Brussels Airport:
IC train (32 min) to Antwerpen Centraal
walk to Rooseveltplaats (7 min)
take bus 610 to Oelegemn (43 min)
bus stop = Schoten Delafaillelaan
walk 2 min
From Charleroi airport the train ride will take a bit longer. I would advice taking the shuttle to Antwerp.

2) When do the workshops start on Friday?
The first workshops will start at 14:00 (after a 30 min warm-up)
You will be able to arrive and register from 10:00 onward.
3) Where do we sleep?
In different classrooms. Please let us know if you won’t be sleeping in the hall.
You can also sleep in your tent in the grass field of the schools play ground if you want. The wheather could be nice already.
4) PARTY?
Yes, party on Saturday night!
We will play some acro games first…and if you’ve participated well, you’ll get rewarded with a party! We will play some music for all you acro bunnies and expect you to dance and jump around! Bunny-outfits most welcome!

6) Vegetarian food
There will be vegetarian, vegan and meat options.
7) Drinks
There will be red and white wine available, as well as Belgian beer (Jupiler, Duvel, La Chouffe). 1 or 1.5 euro per consumption
