We will focus on Icarian Games (the ancient art of throwing people with your feet) and what I like to call “Standing Icarian” (influenced by the fine traditions of circus and cheer). All the while, learning to do these in a way that is safe and precise 🙂

Pre-Requisites:
Everyone: Strong muscles, healthy joints, willing to spot, work as a team and communicate kindly.
Flyers: 30 sec supported handstand, 1 min plank or forearm plank
Bases: 20 pushups, 20 squat jumps, 10 squats with a flyer on back/shoulders
Acro: 2 high, 10 sec Rev Star, 20 sec Tuck Sit, 20 sec Foot 2 hand
Bonus Acro: (get more out of the intensive) High Bird, Standing Ft2h & h2h, L-base 1 min Ft2h & 10 sec H2h, Icarian Throne/Bird Pops
