THE LEVEL

It’s an all level festival for everybody. You will find experienced AcroYogi’s and Acroyogini’s doing amazing stuff, but also beginners that make their first flights, as we have beginner workshops every round. So feel free and happy to join for a weekend of Yoga, AcroYoga and Thai massage.
You don’t need to bring a partner, because you’ll meet loads of friends to play with you at the festival!

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

– The price mainly covers the venue and materials for the practice, and the payment of the teachers. To cover the other costs: we sell the t-shirts of the event.
ACCOMMODATION

We don’t provide accommodation, however please use the Facebook event to find local acro buddies to stay with. We will try and help as much as possible by posting leads and links on the Facebook event page.
we do have special prices on the hotel next to the venue. If you are interested in , let us know.
FOOD

There is supermarker, cafe and restaurants close to the venue. We will provide significant amounts of coffee, tea and snacks.
HOW TO REGISTER

Registration will open on the first week of July (link will be provided here)!
Waiver of Liability:
All participants are responsible for their own safety and should be
aware of the risks involved when participating in our convention. Neither the organisers nor the venue can be held liable for your actions or for the actions of those you train with.
Refund Policy:
Name change : Free at any time before festival start (let us know)
Cancellations before 15th march 2021: 50% refund
Cancellations after 15th march 2021: No refund
Special Bird ticket are not refundable but the name can still be changed as the other tickets.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE FESTIVAL YOU WILL BE REFUND IN TOTALITY
If you are no longer able to attend our convention and you have bought a ticket you can resell your ticket and inform the organisers of the ticket swap.
