The free Akroyoga Festival for everyone. Please help us spreading the word about the festival and invite your friends!

Akroyoga is a relatively new form of physical activity, which is becoming more and more popular Denmark. It combines elements from acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage. It is a playful activity where the involved actors can investigate the countless options of balances on another person!
There is an incredibly strong social community in the training, where cooperation and the process of mutual development are in focus. Which is an absolutely hilarious process and way of being together. Read more about akroyoga and see pictures at www.akro.dk.

Akroyoga København is a voluntary association that facilitates akroyoga in Copenhagen and organises weekly trainings and more. At the festival, we offer a series of free workshops where everyone can come by and learn to play under the skillful guidance of more than 10 inspiring teachers.

The festival takes place at Islands Brygge with the option of swimming in the harbour. In case of lousy weather, we will move indoors at Skolen på Islands Brygge.

PROGRAM
Saturday 31st August.
12.00: Opening of the acroyoga area and song
12.30-14.00: Workshop block 1 (beginner, medium and advanced level)
14.45-16.15: Workshop block 2 (beginner, medium and advanced level)
17.00-18.30: Workshop block 3 (beginner, medium and advanced level)
19.00: Free common dinner (bread and spreads provided – you are welcome to contribute with a salad etc. Bring a plate if possible).
20.00-23.00 indoor free training and partying.

Sunday 1st September.
12.00: Opening of the acroyoga area and song
12.30-14.00: Workshop block 4 (beginner, intermediate and FAMILY ACROYOGA)
14.45-16.15: Workshop block 5 (beginner, intermediate and highly practiced)
16.30-18.00: Workshop block 6 – Thai massage
18.00: Closing circle

What to bring?
★ Clothes that are fit for moving.
★ possibly swimwear and towel
☆ We offer coffee, tea and tap water throughout the festival !!
☆ You do not need a yoga mat or a regular training partner. Just come and join us.
