Maybe you are already teaching Yoga/movement/mindfulness for families and want to introduce elements from AcroYoga into your classes, or maybe you are a parent curious to practice AcroYoga with your own children.
This two day immersion is for adults interested in Family AcroYoga. It’s a chance to dive into this practice and learn the basics. The immersion is led by Cecilie Hylten-Cavallius, who is one of the founders of Family AcroYoga. You will learn basic AcroYoga poses, Terapeutic Flying poses and Thai Massage techniques – all suited for Children from 3- 12 years and their parents/adults.

Even though Family AkroYoga is all about children, this immersion is for adults only. The reason for that is, that we also need to go through some theory and children might find that a bit boring:-) On sunday we will have 2 workshops where you can invite families to join.
Workshop 1: 10-11 o’clock for kids from 3-6 years.
workshop 2: 12-13 o’clock for kids from 7-12 years.

ROLES IN FAMILY ACROYOGA: Base, Flyer, Spotter. How to work with the roles in Family AcroYoga.
SAFETY IN PRACTICE: How do we provide a safe space for children and their parents/adults to play, balance and have fun together.
Things to be aware of when practicing with children.
IMPLEMENTATION: How to implement Partner Balance/AcroYoga in your classes/family life.
