10hr workshop to improve handstands, Acroyoga & Thai massage. Beginners: postures, flows, safely fly & base, improve flexibility. Intermediate: flows, washing machines, transitions & positions.
December 27, 2019 - January 1, 2020
1 week event to practice and improve handstands, standing, movement, pop, whip, circus, slackfline, juggling, Thai massage & mantras. All sessions are going to be multilevel.
January 25 - 26, 2020
12 hours of workshops full of pops, jumps, whips, L-base practice, progressions, specific base & flyer technique. Experience in Acro is required.
March 7 - 8, 2020
Weekend workshop to develop fluidity through L-base techniques, pops, whips, fluid transitions & dance. At the end of the workshop will be able to do a new flow rich of technical elements.
April 10 - 13, 2020
4 days intensive to improve fluidity, refine technique & learn new routes. Whips, pops, icarian games, Acro duo floor work, H2H, handstand & Acro combo. The work will be adapted for all levels.
April 18 - 19, 2020
Weekend workshop with a wide range of tools to incorporate & improve acrobatics. It will be focused on Icarian games & incorporating L-basing flows into elements like whips, pops & h2h.
July 20 - 26, 2020
A week with over 80 workshops of partner acrobatics, AcroYoga, standing Acro, washing machines, pops, icarian games, whips, whip-pops, h2h, yoga & handstands. Simultaneous workshops for all levels.
August 17 - 30, 2020
Based on the fusion of vinyasa, yoga, acrobatic, movement, floor work, handstand & Thai massage, to explore all AcroYoga aspects. TT will be focused on how to teach & build strength.
September 23 - 29, 2020
A week full of relaxation, hiking, yoga, therapeutic exercise & different practices. No previous experience needed, the level will be adapted according to participants level.
