Work throughout six acro modalities: standing, handbalancing, popping, inversions, spinning/rotation & monolimb work. Progressive way to move up your skill level.
January 28 - February 3, 2020
Develop progressive “athletic” training tools & apply them to partner acrobatics; learn the art of self diagnosis to troubleshoot failures & plateaus in the practice; train as a “coach” and “teacher”.
May 15 - 18, 2020
4 days of AcroYoga training, playing & strength building. L-basing Acro, coupled with functional strength work, solo exercises to take home, tons of fun & games, & an intro to standing acrobatics.
