Sat 21st SEPTEMBER
– Flow part 1 : pooping ballerina, clumsy pickpocket and new funky rolling transitions.
– Flow part 2 : reverse tuck seat roll, tripod star, walk over and out, and putting it all together.
Sun 22nd SEPTEMBER
– Pop’s (and intro to Icarian’s)
– Whip’s and intro to h2h
All the workshops are open level assuming that the participants are familiar with the basics of acroyoga. We will keep working with variations for all skill levels. During the weekend we will bring you a set of tools to improve your technique, find a better alignment, create more tightness and stability and discover the needed sensitivity for easier flows.

INEZ ALMEIDA is a certified Acroyoga teacher form Acroyoga International and Acroyoga Montreal and has been teaching acroyoga over the past years in several different countries and communities. Her love for movement and her background in dance and acrobatics brought her into an exploration of new possibilities within acroyoga laguange and vision. HEIKKI SLÅEN has been trekking the AcroYoga trail since 2013 and the journey has taken him to places like Sweden, Denmark, Indonesia and Thailand to train with renowned international teachers. Bringing it all back to the constantly growing kula in Helsinki he’s always on the look for acroyogis wanting a boost to their own journey. Having worked as a certified coach in snowboarding, alpine skiing and sailing as well as a part-time teacher in elementary schools he certainly knows what it takes to simplify complicated movement and create an invigorating space for learning. Heikki is also a passionate dancer and mover.
