Alfonso Sabaidee, one of the biggest references in Icarian in Europe, is coming for the first time to Israel for a full intensive weekend in Tel Aviv with Inbar Ronnen!
For years Alfonso, a certificated Partner Acrobatics teacher, has been touring around Europe teaching dozens of workshops in numerous cities and acrobatics conventions, sharing his specialties in L-Basing, becoming a well known teacher, specially in Icarian Games.
Get ready for two full days of challenging acro with the focus on:
– Icarian Games: this will be the main part of the content in the workshop. Working on full and impressive throws, icarians made with mostly legs (foot juggling) and tricky pops to Hand to Hand.
– Whips: One of the most elegant and precise techniques in AcroYoga. We will offer different levels of difficulty progressing until SuperWhips (Whips-Pops).
– Special flows: a selection of new and very creatives moves and flows in L-basing created by Alfonso, focusing on fluidity and alternative uses of the body.
You will be surprised by what you are able to do in a safe and confident environment working with a proper technique. This is an intermediate/advanced workshop where different versions of the tricks will be showed during the demonstrations in order to challenge and enrich the practice of all the participants.
PRE-REQUISITES:
In order to learn intermediate and advanced acro techniques and work safely, it is important to have a certain degree of experience and confidence with Acro.

Partner Acrobatics teacher and Cofounder of AcroWings. With this and many other projects Alfonso has been travelling and teaching around Europe sharing their love for Icarians/Pops, Whips and Standing Acro in numerous workshops and conventions. Also working and teaching with many teachers around Europe including Alberto with who also performs all around the world.
Humor, challenges and technics are the pillars of his teaching practice. Let yourself be encouraged by his energy and enthusiasm to face your limits in a safe and fun environment.
