==>In this 13 hours Acro intensive with Fons from Holland we are going to explore a systematic and progressive way to feel the shift in our bodies from being an advanced beginner to intermediate and from intermediate to advanced.
You will be given tools to take your practice to the next LEVEL.
You are going to work through different acrobatics modalities such as hand-balancing, popping, inversions, spinning and rotations, ikarian and much more…..
??What to expect??
==> 13 hours of fun, intense, and challenging work

==> tools and progressions to take your practice to the next level
?Balancing: With people instead of materials. It is possible with a lying or a standing base.
?Tempo skills: It means, when you try to lift somebody, you first have to learn to follow the jump of the flyer.
?Handstand training: These are warm up exercises and different techniques to come to a Handstand or hand to hand
?Spotting and catching: Very important in this training is to help each other and catch each other when somebody is fallen down.
??Pre-Reqs??
Recommended to have been training for half a year and more 🙂 => Knowing what is tuck / star / straddle / hollow /
If you are in your handstand journey – this is a great opportunity to get great inputs and refinements for your personal training.

Friday: 18.00 – 21.00 @ Bruchstrasse 10
Saturday: 10.00 – 13.00 and 14.30 – 17.00 @ Circus School Tortellini
Sunday: 10.00 – 12.30 and 14.00 – 16.00 @ Circus School Tortellini
?If you travel from far:
There is a limited possibility to stay at my studio for CHF 25.- per night. there is a kitchen & sanitary facilities. It’s super close to the city and easy access to the bus to the circus school.

Doing Acrobatics for more than 35 Years.
Teaching for more than 30 Years
Education: 5 till 6 Years with the Dutch Acrobatic Teachers: The Como Brothers.’(Two old circus artists)
3 till 4 years with the Osmanis ( two Dutch women who worked all over the world in many different circuses.
Giving Workshops: in Holland and whole Europe

Refund of participant fees
The following rules apply for the cancellation and reimbursement of paid events: Up to 6 weeks before: Refund of the full amount minus CHF 50 processing fee. Less than 6 weeks before, 50% of the fee is due, plus CHF 50 processing fee. For cancellations less than two weeks before, no refund is possible, the full course amount is due, but a substitute participant can be asked (already registered participants are not eligible as a substitute participant), plus CHF 50 processing fee
