Four days of acrobatics: standing acro, L basing, Handstand training, Hand to Hand, washing machines, acrobatic sequences and a lot of fun!!
The Solar Immersion empowers students to realize their infinite potential through the powerful embodiment of acrobatic partnership.
Linear progressions and an emphasis on the art of spotting make learning advanced acrobatics safe, accessible, and fun. Confidence and coordination are developed in strength training and inversions, which pave the way for ease and grace in partner acrobatics. Acrobatic flying transitions are trained in groups – where we dedicate part of our training to work in same size groups and another part where we specialise in the roles of base and flyer for optimum learning curve.
After refining foundations, we will train more precise acrobatic work, such as foot-to-hand, hand-to-hand and standing acrobatics. Get ready to push past your own personal limits in a fun and safe environment.
+ This course fulfils an immersion pre-requisite for the AcroYoga International teacher training application

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Erica Montes (SYT) first worked with the body through performance art, acrobatics and theatre. She first encountered Yoga and meditation as a teenager and, after years working as an actor, found a common ground between her intensely disciplined theatre work and Eastern practices that promote mindfulness through physical motion. Erica completed her 500 hour Yoga certification with the renowned Edward Clark’s Tripsichore Yoga. She is a Thai massage therapist, and certified level 2 and AcroYoga International Immersions teacher – as well as a mentor for other teachers. Originally from Brazil, Erica lives in London and have been teaching internationally since 2008.

Francesco Semino AKA AcroSeeds is a father, husband, and acroyoga teacher who coddiwomples between photography, veggie farming, juggling and life! He loves people gathering together as they grow by playing, moving and connecting.
As well as being a co-Founder at Acrofusion (Acroyoga training school), Francesco collaborates with Acroyoga international (certified in 2013) and Acroyoga Montreal (certified in 2012). He is also a certified teacher by Yogaslackers (2019) and Partner acrobatics (2018).
He regularly teaches yoga, acroyoga and hand to hand at Synergika circus school in Genova and hosts and facilitates teacher trainings worldwide. Francesco has an University degree in Performance Arts.
