Coming for the second time together in Budapest. This is a perfect weekend for those looking for inspiration to take their acro practice to different levels. You’ll have a lot of homework to do afterwards, and a full sequence to perfect and refine overtime.
In this weekend of workshops, John and Evangelia are going to offer a wide range of L-basing sequences and standing acro flows, to thrill and challenge. They’ll be working with cool washing machines, spicing them up with pops and whips – all offered in a progressive, playful and safe manner.
SKILL LEVEL The workshop will aim to offer everyone variations to suit their level. It is suitable for anyone that is able to fly or base the following: – Star (shoulder stand on feet) – Side star – Foot to Hand (L-based) – Reverse Star You do not need to come with a specific partner.
