WHERE? Institut del Teatre de Barcelona, plaza Margarida Xirgu s / n. Professional space of 144 m2 close to subway Poble Sec (L3).
TO WHOM WE ARE ADDRESSING: Dancers, dance students of intermediate and advanced levels, circus people, movers, marcial artists, yoga practitioners and people interested in movement. Movers with high motivation to learn new movement paths.

Starting from strong roots in breakdance and acrobatics, Agnés proposes an influenced work in these disciplines but from a body consciousness typical of contemporary dance.
The work will focus on the relationship with the ground, the level changes, the use and change of supports, the receptions, the breaks, the smooth and fluid integration of acrobatics proper to breakdance and gymnastics, transitions and, above all, how introduce foreign material into personal improvisation.
Music will play an important role in the session, we will use it as the main tool for the movement and we will work on the use of bounce, dissociation, on how to get out and enter the musical pulsation and how to use it collectively.
Finally, as a structure, the session will take place with improvisational, creative, repetitive work exercises, through games, collective exercises and movement phrases.
BIOGRAPHY
Agnes Sales. Born in Barcelona, she began her career as a gymnast, later she started dancing Hip Hop opting for Breaking as part of the La Cueva group. Among other awards, it has become the winner of the BOTY de France in consecutive times in 2015 and 2016.
At the same time, Agnés acquired the degree of the bachelor of science in physical activity and sports at the INEFC in Barcelona. However, her curiosity for the performing arts led her to make the decision to continue her academic education by performing contemporary dance training at the Varium school in Anna Sánchez, being awarded a scholarship during the second year.
At the end of the training Agnés presented his first street piece of his own creation with Héctor Plaza. This first piece, “Ehiza,” entered a network of street festivals that served as a springboard to international festivals. She is currently co-director and interpreter of the Agnés Sales & Héctor Plaza company, in the process of creating her third piece “Las Viudas”, with which they presented last December 2018 at the Mercat de les Flors in a “Work in Progress” format “
In addition, from 2016 to the end of 2018 Agnés has worked with the company Iron Skulls as an interpreter and choreographer in the pieces “Kintsugui” and “No Without My Bones”, in a hybrid work between urban dances and contemporary dance.
He is currently an interpreter of the street piece “Billie Jean” directed by the company La Intrusa de Virginia García and Damián Muñoz and is part of the 24th edition of the Circ d’Hivern of the Ateneu Popular 9 Barris directed by the circus company “Marcel et ses Drôles de Femmes ”which will be released in December 2019.
