The Partner Acrobatics (Hand to hand) will be taking place from the 27,28,29,30 of July and on the 01,02,03,04 of August. 2h30 of intensive training each day. We will be working on statics and dynamics movements.
We will be adding to the training ground acrobatics and hand balancing at the end of each warm up, flexibility and strength to make better the development of the partner acrobatics.
